The Trainee Engagment Committee is designed to give trainees direct access to senior educators with Health Education England in the East Midlands. By listening to trainees, HEE is able to engage with trainees on topics that affect all trainees in all specialities. Trainees have been appointed by application to roles that marry those of the senior educators - Learning Environment, Trainee Support, Education, Assessment and Multi-professional education.
The Chair and Vice-Chair attend the monthy Senior Postgraduate Educator Board Meeting to provide them with insight into how trainees are supported and training enhanced with the support of the Faculty of Educators.
