You may also wish to contact your Programme Office (Primary Care) or local Study Leave Co-ordinator (Foundation/Secondary Care), who are usually based in your local Education Centre. Depending on your query, you may need to contact an HEE East Midlands team. Remember that expenses are not processed by HEE or automatically by Intrepid; you will need to submit these through your employer's system.
Please contact the Study Leave Coordinator for your current placement (rather than the placement at the time of the study leave) first; they will manage processing your expenses claim through your employer's system. If there is a technical issue, they will redirect your query to the HEE Study Leave Team, but only if necessary.

You should received your login details when you started with us, to the email address you registered with us. If you have lost/forgotten them, you can have a reminder sent to you. Open Leave Manager on the internet and click on ‘Forgot your PIN or Password’ – type your email address and follow the instructions on screen. Your login credentials will then be emailed to you. Remember to check your junk/spam folder as it may be filtered by your email provider - please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts to help prevent this.
If your email does not match the in our records, or you do not receive login credentials, email CSL.EM@hee.nhs.uk with your first name, surname, GMC/GDC number and preferred email address. Please put “Leave Manager Login Request” in the subject.
